- All orders placed before 6pm are fulfilled the same night, so we will not be able to cancel any order after 6pm as our support closes after 5pm

:How to initiate a return
You must provide photographic evidence that the items are still in new condition, properly packaged in their original packaging
You will then receive return labels from the shipping company, including a Return Merchandise Authorization Number via your email address
Within 30 days of the trial, our support team will issue a full refund upon receipt of the item in the original packaging and in like-new condition, or a new replacement item will be sent to you equivalent to the value of the returned item if you request a replacement

Prior to return, all items must be disassembled so that they can be placed in their original packaging. Customers are fully responsible for assembling and disassembling the item
The refund will be processed 2-3 days after we receive the item. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted to your account
A reasonable restocking fee (up to 30%) will apply to any item that does not meet the above requirements
